2. One-Time Purchase
BlitzDeutsch Premium for a specific language is a one-time purchase. This grants you lifetime access to the vocabulary and features for that specific language variant as long as the service is operational.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy for purchases made through our website. After 7 days, refunds are granted only at our discretion or if required by law.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account with others. Each license is for a single user.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, vocabulary lists, and speed-reading engine are the property of BlitzDeutsch. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without explicit permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
BlitzDeutsch is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will pass any exams or achieve specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
