How to delete your account

  1. Open the BlitzDeutsch app and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile button (top-right user menu).
  3. Open Privacy & Data.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your account profile data.
  • Your learning progress and saved words.
  • Your language access records linked to your user account.

What may be retained

  • Payment transaction records required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, and accounting purposes.
  • Minimal operational logs for security and abuse prevention, retained only as required.
